As part of our Police Pack, Agents will be armed with all relevant CRM forms which along with the Custody Records, (pre-prepared statements and ID where applicable) will be uploaded and emailed directly to the Solicitor
Agents are encourage never to give out their personal details to the client. If this is happens the Agent will be removed from the system. The Agent will be provided with all the relevant information of the instructing Solicitor to pass onto the client.
